ProAction Forms Available via OneDrive

proAction files are now available digitally on your customer OneDrive. Shortcuts have been made available on the desktop of your Horizon PC for easy access.

These forms include:

·       DHI Meter Verification Forms for robots

·       Record 14b’s for robots

·       Record 14b’s for tanks (upon request of a service visit to do a tank wash analysis)

·       Record 14’s for tanks and pipelines (only available digitally on newer/future startups).

If you are ever missing a copy of these reports give the service line a shout and the on-call technician can get these forms made up for you.
