360 RAIN Path Requests – How to?

It’s full steam ahead at this time of year, which means a lot of path requests are being handled at the same time. Following the process below helps streamline the workload and gets your paths created faster.

The Easiest and Fastest Way

The easiest and fastest way to get paths created is to submit your request right at the end of planting your field.

Once you drive out of the field boundary, a pop‑up window will appear asking if you would like to submit a path request. Simply follow the prompts to complete your submission.

IMPORTANT: If you do not submit after planting, the system does not know that planting is finished. This means no one is prompted to create paths—neither at WCR nor at 360Rain—which often results in delays.

Submitting at the end of planting ensures your request is:

  • Automatically flagged as ready

  • Placed in the queue right away

  • Less likely to need follow‑up or clarification

If You Forgot to Submit After Planting

If the submit step was missed, you still have two options:

Option 1: Submit the Request Yourself (Recommended)

Go to dealerhub.360rain.com and log in using the same credentials you use for the 360 RAIN app.

To submit from DealerHub:

  1. Select Path Requests in the left‑hand menu

  2. Select the field you wish to create paths for

  3. At the bottom of the page, select the riser the paths should be created from

  4. Click + Request

  1. Follow the prompts

  2. On the final review page, click Edit and select the watering date you want the paths ready by

  3. Submit the request

Once submitted, you can:

  • Draw directly on the map if there’s anything specific the programmer should know

  • Send a message with screenshots or photos to help explain what you’re requesting

Clear details up-front, help avoid rework and speed up completion.

Option 2: Get Help from WCR

If you need assistance submitting, contact the WCR FMS team:

📞 1‑866‑601‑5532 (Option #6)

They can help walk you through the process or assist with submitting your request.

Keep in mind: requests submitted directly by growers are usually completed faster, since the field details come straight from the source.

IMPORTANT – Survey‑Related Delays

If a field requires:

  • Boundary adjustments

  • A new bridge or crossing

  • New riser locations

These changes require survey work.

Survey requests are always easier to manage earlier in the spring. Requests that come in late will delay when paths can be created, and quick turnaround cannot be guaranteed.

✅ Bottom Line

  • Submitting your path request at the end of planting is the fastest way to get paths created

  • Skipping the submit step often results in delays and extra follow‑up

  • Support is always available—but the process works best when growers submit their own requests on time

That one click at the end of planting makes a big difference.
