The HiPerForm Plus screen can be many different colours. Did you know that they all have different meanings? White, yellow, red, or black. Do you know what these all are?
White - HiPerForm is in normal operation with no alarms.
Yellow - HiPerForm has a non-critical alarm.
Red - HiPerForm has a critical alarm.
Black - Try turning the power on.
The process to figuring out what these alarms are indicating is as follows:
Swipe up the screen
Click the 'Bell' icon in the top right corner.
Read what the alarm indicates.
In this menu you can acknowledge these alarms if they have been taken care of by clicking the little 'x' in the top right corner of the alarm box.
You can also turn on/off SMS and email notifications through your MilkSecure login. By enabling SMS or email notifications you will get direct notifications from the HiPerForm Plus regarding what is wrong with the tank. The CRS will also send out a 'milk tank' alarm, but with no description of what is wrong other than that it is something with the milk tank/washer.
To enable the SMS/email features do as follows:
Login with your credentials
Click the drop down in the top right-hand corner
Click on 'Profile and Preferences'
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Check on/off the boxes for SMS and email.
