Well, this might help you out a bit. Record 14b's and DHI forms are done on every maintenance A (roughly every 7 months).
These files are printed off and put in the front flap of the WCR service binder along with a digital copy stored on the Horizon PC. The folder location for these forms are under "This PC - Windows (C:) - Lely Files - CQM Files" (refer to image below).
If you are ever missing a copy of these reports give the service line a shout and the on-call technician can get these forms made up for you.
