Helpful 360 RAIN Reminders for Setup and Operation

Here are 3 quick reminders to help you get set up and keep things moving in the field.

1) Marking a Riser with the Machine

Using the machine to mark a riser sets two things based on the machine's current position:

1. The start of the path (center of the rear axle)

2. The exit heading*

*It's critical that you are confident in your exit direction before confirming this step. We do not change the exit heading after it's set.

2) Enable Auto Restart

Machines stop for a lot of reasons and a surprising number of them are small, temporary issues that resolve on their own within minutes. Enable the Auto Restart feature on the 360 RAIN app allowing the machine to automatically resume operation after certain error codes occur.  

To use Auto Restart, open the machine settings within the 360 RAIN app. From there, you can control 3 independent areas:

• Machine Auto Restart » handles machine-based error codes

• Liquid Auto Restart » handles liquid system-based error codes

• Auto Restart Time Limit » sets the maximum number of minutes the machine will attempt to restart before giving up and sending users a push notification

To use the Auto Restart feature, the machine needs to be running software version 2026.1.15 or newer, and the 360 RAIN app needs to be on version 2026.1.0 or newer.

3) Updated Operator’s Manual

The 360 RAIN Operator’s Manual has been updated. You can find it on the DealerHub or at 360rain.com/support
