There are currently 210 different alarms for the milking robot. 210 reasons your robot can call you at 2am and wake you from your beauty sleep. Most of these alarms are critical to your robots operation. Sometimes it may seem tempting to ignore the phone call or better yet, turn off that specific ‘nuisance’ alarm completely so it doesn’t call you again. In some cases you might get away with it without any problems at all. In other cases you might have an 8 hour downtime and not even realize it.
As tempting as it might be to turn off certain alarms, it is advised to call technical support and at least understand the repercussions that may occur before you make your decision. Who knows they might even be able to solve why its calling you in the first place! Make sure to call one of our technicians before turning off any alarms.
